Obituary for Mary Lou Sanford
Mrs. Mary Lou Sanford, 72, of Batesville, formerly of Sardis, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2019, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.
Mrs. Sanford was born on December 14, 1946 in Memphis, TN to The Late Evelyn Wright Wilson and Lawrence Wilson. She formerly worked at Chromcraft in Senatobia for a number of years before becoming a homemaker. She was a loving wife and mother who devotedly cared for her family and always enjoyed the time she spent with them.
Mrs. Sanford leaves behind two daughters, Mary Moore (David) of Batesville, MS and Dena Sanford of Oxford, MS; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Dean Sanford and her parents.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2019, at 2 pm in Rose Hill Cemetery in Sardis, MS.
Arrangements are entrusted to Ray-Nowell Funeral Home.
